What happens if there is bad weather during a tour?

Tours generally proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions, as most activities can be adapted to indoor alternatives. However, in extreme weather situations that could compromise driving safety or passenger well-being, we may need to reschedule the tour to an alternative date at no extra cost. In cases where rescheduling is not possible, a full refund is provided after deduction of any third-party service commissions that have already been incurred.
