For cash payments, you can visit our office at Istanbul Airport where we accept all currencies listed on our website. There is no need to worry about flight delays. When you provide your flight code during booking, our system actively monitors your flight status in real time. As long as you enter the correct flight number, we will automatically adjust your pickup time to match your actual arrival. Additionally, we provide a complimentary 40-minute waiting period from the time your aircraft lands, giving you ample time to collect your luggage and clear customs.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Cancellations made on the same day of booking until 23:50 are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a 70% refund. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are not eligible for a refund.
