Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Cancellations made on the same day of booking until 23:50 are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a 70% refund. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are not eligible for a refund.
